2. Product Pricing & Gold Rates

Jewellery pricing is subject to daily market fluctuations in the price of Gold and Silver. While we strive to maintain accurate pricing online:

The price of your jewellery is determined by the weight of the metal, making charges, and stone value.
Online prices are indicative. The final billing amount will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.
Al Gelani Jewellers reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and update rates without prior notice.

3. Hallmarking & Purity Guarantee

All our gold and silver jewellery is crafted with the highest standards. We guarantee the purity of our gold as per the BIS Hallmark standards stamped on the jewellery. Weight mentioned at the time of purchase is considered final.

4. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE: We take pride in our craftsmanship, therefore our policies are strictly enforced:

Non-Returnable Items: "Bala" (Bangles) are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once purchased.
Exchange Window: Other jewellery products may be exchanged within 10 days of the purchase date. No refunds will be issued; only exchange for other items of equal or higher value.
Condition Requirement: Items must be in their original, brand-new condition. Any piece showing signs of wear and tear, scratches, chemical damage, resizing, or physical tampering will be rejected.
Verification: Every item will undergo a mandatory Quality Control (QC) check by our in-house goldsmith prior to accepting an exchange.
Original Invoice and Packaging must be presented at the time of exchange.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ensure secure and insured delivery of all online jewellery orders.
Estimated delivery times are subject to your geographical location and courier delays.
We require photographic proof of identity and a signature upon delivery for high-value items.
Any damages to the packaging box must be reported to the delivery agent and our support team immediately upon receipt.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during your transaction. The use of our website for any fraudulent activities, including impersonation and unauthorized payment methods, will lead to immediate account termination and legal action under the Indian Penal Code.

7. Limitation of Liability

Al Gelani Jewellers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the delayed delivery of products due to unforeseen logistical strikes, natural disasters, or third-party courier delays.
